We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and filled with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the stylish decor. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook a few meals during our stay. Mani was a fantastic host, quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Cynthia was incredible from the beginning of the booking to the day we departed. She thought of everything we could have possibly wanted or may need. The villa is a short drive from all the activities we love; amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches, fun shopping and horseback riding on the beach! We loved relaxing at the villa by the fireplace on chilly mornings and evenings. Sitting on the patio together, listening to the sound of the beautiful fountain was a daily joy for us. We highly recommend Cynthia’s place for a peaceful, romantic get away. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We will most definitely return.

My family had an incredible time staying at this house. The hosts were kind and allowed us to check in a little early. All in all it was a wonderful experience. The home was absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home and cozy. Would definitely recommend staying at this home.

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

Camille’s is my new favorite place in upper Ojai. Arrived late, woke up to huge windows overlooking horses playing. Beautiful horse nonprofit below - super great people. Camille responds faster than any host I’ve ever had, even to non-important things. The model host! Extended the stay in minutes. When I’m back in Ojai, will plan my stay around availability at Camille’s places! Thoughtfully stocked place! Thanks so much, Camille!

it's a wonderful and ideal place for families for a quick weekend getaway. I had a quiet relaxing weekend with perfect socal weather. The house has really good positive energy.

Some reviews noted spider webs and debris. We saw no evidence of this. Others complained about the heat system in the guest room. We’re familiar with a split system so had no issues. There are 3 different systems in that unit so maybe they were trying the electric wall heater which isn’t very efficient and what seemed to be a gas radiator which didn’t seem to have the pilot light on and also wouldn’t be as efficient. We had timely responses on the few questions we had ahead of our arrival

I fell in love with this place! I even extended it for two days! It was so peaceful and beautiful! The hot tub was fantastic and the sauna was superb! My fiancé and I enjoyed our couple retreat! We were able to cook a full meal and had all we needed to complete the perfect meal! Lastly, everything was so clean, well kept abs smelled great! The beds were super comfy as well! WE WILL BE BACK! We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

To say we had a great time would be an understatement! The instructions to everything were so clear and all of the amenities were amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's thinking of booking!

This home was big enough for our family to visit LA, we went to santa monica beach, venice beach and universal. If you plan to do the same be sure to rent a vehicle as this spot is in the hills and can take an hour to get to those places depending on the day. The pros: -heated hot tub and not heated pool. Have to request the hot tub be turned on but once it gets going, its a hot one! - beds are extremely comfortable, and come with great pillows and a few extras. -washer and dryer were great for us only bringing carry on luggage. We washed and dried daily, great machines and the detergent was supplied *cannot guarantee that will always be the case. -extra towels were provided for swimming -dishwasher with soap provided as well. -lots of pots and pans The cons -not as furnished as the photos show, could have used some new and additional rugs. -there is a unit downstairs and if you are both outdoors its easy to hear one another. Master shower isn't private, but other showers available.

I had a large group getting together for our annual friendsgiving celebration and this place was perfect! Everything was comfortable and easy. They even allowed me to check-in early which I really appreciated. The location is beautiful. We went on a hike and utilized the club pickleball courts. The only thing was there wasn’t a dishwasher- which was a bit surprising given the size of the house and kitchen. It was okay for us, but something to be aware of if you plan to do a lot of cooking as we did. Otherwise a very well equipped house. Overall everything was great and we all had a good time.!
