Incredible spot! Gorgeous accommodation! Super friendly & helpful host! We loved everything about this place. So peaceful & relaxing. Loved the outdoor bath! Incredible walks, cafes & everything you might need within 5 mins drive. Loved the homemade brownie & muesli - a magical & delicious touch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely loved this cabin! Beautiful quiet rural location. The cabin is lovely and cosy, and the sauna and outdoor bath are amazing. It’s a great place to unwind and relax! Te Aroha is a very cute little town and the hot springs are worth a visit.

We wanted a pretty, peaceful and relaxing place to stay and this was perfect. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed, deliciously relaxing hot tub….. everything you could need was catered for. Waking up to magpies warbling , cattle mooing , and the stream babbling in the background was delightful. The off grid electrics and fire heated hot tub were all easy to operate. Thank you Vivian, Barry and family for a wonderful stay at your beautiful piece of paradise ! We would love to visit again and have recommended you to our friends and family .

An amazing unique character and style home. The waterways make it relaxing and tranquil and the golf on your doorstep finished it off - a really great clean, tidy and awesome spot - we will be back you can beat on that! 🐾

Nous vous conseillons vraiment de louer ce logement. Le cadre est incroyable, Sue c'est une personne très gentille, serviable et attentionnée. Nous lui avons aussi acheté des glaces, des fruits et légumes qui sont super bons et frais, un régal. Notre séjour était super!!

Our roadtrip took an unexpected change in route so we unfortunately didn't make it out to Rachel's place (which we were very bummed about given how cozy and characterful the log style home it!). When I reached out to Rachel she was very understanding, responsive, friendly and even tried to work with us and be flexible with our arrangement- something she was not at all obligated to do. Next time around, we will try to come back- the surrounding area looks enchanting and we are anxious to explore Coromandel Peninsula!! Rachel was extremely helpful too!!

Maybe one of the best views in the area, The location is really good. You don't really notice the road because you can't see it and it is below you. You are lined up with the public roadside overview, which also doesn't intrude on the space, it's private, but it means you have an amazing view. indoor outdoor living, I really liked it, but am used to cabin living. It's a bach, a bit quirky. You cook outdoors, which could be challenging if it were raining. Altogether I found it to be a very pleasant place.

A real highlight of our trip to NZ - we are so impressed and inspired by Lee & Terry’s fabulous taste and care of Pau Hana. We felt truly relaxed and taken care of in this space.

This was an amazing place to stay while we adventured through Rotorua! Private little cabin with great ambiance. Close enough to town for things to do, but far enough to feel like you are not stuck in a city. The hosts are amazing and very knowledgeable of things to do throughout NZ! In short, stay here, you won't be disappointed at all!!!

The rimu hut absolutely exceeded our expectations! Stunningly built, incredibly characterful and everything very well thought through. Beautiful location, we’re so grateful we got to stay here and can’t wait to come back again.

This place suited us perfectly with rustic and meditative charm. We valued the tranquil private location along with great communication with Saskia. amazing outdoor shower with comfortable bed and warm cozy lounge by the fire. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. Very peaceful and quiet and very friendly host, lovely clean bathroom and outdoor lighting which was easy to use along with Bluetooth speakers inside. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you having us 😊

We loved our stay, the area is beautiful and the property is also so beautiful! Flowers lined the driveway and a sweet dog to great you. The accommodation was so clean, comfy and warm. It had everything we needed. Sandi and Andy are such nice people and made extra effort to make sure we had a nice stay. Thanks so much for having us!

Accommodation on Great Barrier was very nice (thank you!!) On top of a hill self-contained unit with everything needed. Lovely tropical gardens, quiet, host was very nice. We arrived and the host came out with a glass of sparkling wine for us and gave us a short tour of the grounds and gardens. Short 10 min walk down to the store and the Irish pub (which was very handy). Amazing views out over Tryphena and the ocean over to Coromandel.

Fantastic stay. Well thought of set up with everything you need. Great location with walking distance to Purangi reserve. Highly recommended 👌
