We so recommend Eva’s stunning location and atmosphere at her wonderful home. We will return in a heartbeat. Eva has generously supplied all that you need in abundance. You will not be disappointed booking a stay here. Comfortable beds and great showers. Super kitchen and room to spread out and use the living room and garden. Eastern beach is beautiful as is the surrounding countryside for walks and picnics. There is a convenient shop where fish and chips is on the doorstep following arrival after what for us was a 30 hour flight. We so look forward to returning for a second visit soon. Thanks a million. The place is amazing, very large living area with many very clean and decently spaced rooms. I wasn’t aware of the 5-10 minute gravel road the house is on. Daniel was amazing at communicating when I need to get in touch with him however the packing up procedure could have been outlined better, but other than that the four informative emails sent outlined everything needed for our stay. The view is just as amazing in person as the photos both sunrise and sunset, especially lounging in the spa.

We had a 6 day family Christmas Holiday here and it couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Angela met us when we arrived and explained the various systems such as pool, TV, internet, etc. They were available nearby in case we needed them (which turned out we did not), but did not intrude in our privacy. The actual facilities were even nicer than the photos and descriptions provided in the AirBnB listing. One of the special things about this home displayed was the care and art that the hosts have put into it. Everything is amazing. It is ultra-private and it seems as if you are alone in the forest overlooking a beautiful valley. The view from the upstairs master suite is awesome. Our two grandkids spent hours each day in this nice, clean, warm pool. The pool - patio area was well done and relaxing for lounging between swims. . I would HIGHLY recommend this property and hosts.

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

We recently stayed at Jenny’s house with extended family, overall we had a fantastic time. The house has unbeatable views, is well stocked with the basics, and the pool/hot tub were great. It is also a very quick drive to Hot Water beach and Hahei. Jenny was also very responsive and a wonderful host. We would certainly go back for another stay.

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.

Sylvie’s house is simply spectacular - from the amazing view to the well furnished and designed house with full kitchen facilities - and it gave our vacation a relaxed but luxurious beach vibe. The property is well located being situated in a gated community with easy access to walking trails and to the water. I highly recommend this place for families looking for comfortable lodgings near lake Taupo.

Extremely beautiful place. We were wowed by the views when we got to the apartment. The apartment itself is perfect for returning to after a day out to chill and watch the sun go down in the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

This is a gorgeous place in a country setting with a remarkable outdoor lounge/dining, fireplace, BBQ, and pool. The interior is also spectacular. Kaaren and Tim are the loveliest and most accommodating hosts, who responded to all our requests and went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. They were also extremely attentive to our privacy. The home is scrupulously clean, quiet, with lovely baths and comfortable beds. This was a paradise to come home to and relax after our conference.

Great place to stay when visiting Auckland. Easy to get to Sylvia Park and city centre by car, not that you have to leave much as there’s plenty to do with the pool, bbq, spa, sauna and pool table! It was clean and tidy and well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and we would definitely stay again
