Great place. aweesome view if you love the harbour and boats. some clubs are loud over the weekend, but listening to live music on the deck is not as terrible as it sounds (and its alot quieter if youre inside with the doors/windows closed). The cafes, restaurants and bars that are on your doorstep have great food and atmosphere. I can recommend Giraffe, White and Wongs, and Wildfire from this trip. The ferry terminal is 5-10 minutes walk from your door, so exploring the islands in the hauraki Gulf is right there. Lots of shopping and malls are 5-10 minutes walk inland. it's a great location with everything very close by and what isn't, is just a short uber or lime/flamingo scooter ride away. Great little hideaway in a lovely suburb. Cute little flat tucked st rhe end of a long driveway. Easy parking. Super quiet and safe neighbourhood. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Bahareh was great host, she showed us around and let us know the ins and outs of her place and also let us know it was street full of families. Great place surrounded by nearby restaurants. Loved the open space and balcony area. I recommend this place for couples and small group of 2-4. Well kept place. Thank you again Bahareh for having us and our little family.

The location is very convenient. Around many good restaurants. Very walkable to many places. The host very responsive to questions.

The host is very friendly and welcoming, the unit itself has all the essential amenities and is very private/quiet whilst being very close to the CBD.

Tout à fait satisfait de notre séjour. On a notamment apprécié le petit balcon avec vue sur les gratte-ciel. L’appartement est confortable et très bien situé. This was an absolutely perfect apartment in a perfect location. We were visiting for concerts at Eden Park and Spark Arena and it was perfectly positioned for both plus lots of other cafes and restaurants etc in the area. The apartment itself is fantastic - 2 great bedrooms and bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry facilities and a lovely living area with deck (which is awesome on a sunny day). Super light and airy, clean and modern. Everything you need provided. Fabulous linens on comfortable beds. We loved staying here and would definitely like to come back again.

We stayed at the property on two separate occasions, with a gap of over a week whilst we travelled to see friends. The property was clean, tidy and spacious, with all of the amenities that we had been expecting. The one draw back, is that the TV is old and access to some TV channels were not available and for the first week, the TV was sat on the unit, for the second visit it had been mounted on to the wall. There is a red vertical line on the screen, which would indicate that the TV is on its last legs, but this was a minor frustration. The only negative comment would be, we had a hire car and 48 hours before our departure on the second visit, we were told by the local agent, that we were not supposed to park in the designated location, in front of the garage for Flat B, which we had previously been advised to park there, we found this not very comforting and a total contradiction to what we had received on email, as a vehicle parked on the road had been broken into 48 hours earlier.

Lovely place, fantastic view, the laundry and dryer was very convenient. Easy check in and no problems at all!

This was all we had hoped for and more. Everything about it was just right, everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped. Our resident neighbour at No.2 was most helpful and altogether we were delighted and grateful to be able to stay the extra days there that were needed when one of our party was unwell. Thank you so much!

The place is very peaceful, located on a beautiful street, and highly convenient to reaching the CBD and the university of Auckland, either by bus or on foot. I prefer walking. The room is clean, well-organized, and even has a TV for entertainment. The bathroom opposite the room is used only by me. It offers great value of money. More importantly, Sarah is extremely helpful-she even gave me her public transport card when mine was not ready. It has been a wonderful experience, especially as I had just arrived in Auckland to study, and I truly felt supported.

Great place and great location. Lots of space; would definitely stay here again. Plus Paris was an awesome host!

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Central location. We walked around into the city and to the marina without issue. Plenty of bus routes if you prefer. The supermarket is around the corner. Plenty of options for bars/cafes within walking distance. We have two kids and found a huge playground and grassed area just across the road. Pool and gym in the building was an added pleasure. Robert was great to converse with and was quick in reply :) Would definitely book again if visiting again.

We loved our stay at Gay’s pool suite. The decorations were so charming, the gardens lush, the pool so fun right outside. And Gay made a bunch of garden games available to our kids which was awesome. Everything we needed was there. It was a lovely stay.

We stay in short-term rentals a LOT. Searching for an exceptional property where you know you will be comfortable and enjoy your time there can be stressful. Let me make it easy for you. The 40+ five-star ratings this property has are for good reason. If this property is available for your desired dates, stop searching and book it. The only nit-picky complaint we had was the lighting in the main bedroom's bathroom. There is a window opposite the mirror. While it provides great natural light, you must keep the shade down when using the mirror. Otherwise, the backlight makes it difficult to see your face clearly in the mirror. Bottom line: whether you are staying for a couple of days or several weeks, you will be very happy that you landed in this lovely property.

Ivanli was an excellent host who was very attentive to our needs. The balcony was more breathtaking than the pictures provided. The cozy 2 bedroom apartment was big enough for the 3 of us and in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. It had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Walking distance to restaurants, and they will be building a Woolworths nearby soon. Was so peaceful watching the river flow by from the balcony.
