This place was perfect for our holiday visit to my family in Pittsburgh, so much so that we hope it's available next year! We slept soundly (so quiet!) and appreciated how spotlessly clean everything was. The hosts are very considerate and there are many thoughtful details throughout the rooms. A great stay!

This was a lovely apartment, Zack was such a helpful host and we felt so safe the entire time as well. It’s in a great location and is parallel to a street with free parking, which was never hard to get, and as someone from Pittsburgh previously, that is NOT something you come by often! Overall I would totally recommend the space - it was very spacious and nice!

Mariam was phenomenal. This really was the perfect location with just a quick uber ride to downtown. Would recommend to others who are going to Pittsburgh.

Chad was extremely proactive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. From providing local recommendations to 10-minute response times, Chad covered it all! The views from Mount Washington cannot be beat! Our chief complaint was the noise at night due to such pristine views. It was certainly a bit too much for comfort at times, but could NOT be beat during the day! Extremely peaceful. Overall, a VERY quality stay and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for photogenic views of the city of bridges!

Solid place close to the downtown core of Pittsburgh. Easy check in and great value with lots of room.

We really enjoyed our stay-hosts were very quick to respond when messaged. Also, very accommodating to our requests. Place was clean, bed was comfortable and parking spot was definitely a great feature. Area was also quiet. Would definitely recommend and consider another stay for a future visit!! Spotless, comfortable place to stay. Fluffy, big bath towels in a clean bathroom with a good shower. The bed was great soft linens. Both tv’s worked easily. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and everything worked. Very quiet residential street. Nice deck to sit on when weather allows. Coffee and snacks available. Thoughtful touches like bedside charging outlets. Will go back

Rick was so incredible. He had the sweetest welcome, clear instructions, and just above and beyond. I can’t recommend this space enough! Cute off the main path place but a walkable distance to very cute bars and restaurants which made it perfect balance for my family. This place is immaculate! When I come back to Pittsburgh this is going to be my place!!

always the best host- have stayed at Chad's places around town many many times and they have welcome comfort and hospitality down to an art and science. This place is in a killer location- right near everything on Butler but quiet! and it has parking!!! comfortable beds, lots of ways to make coffee, a washer/dryer- check check check. thank you Chad!

Nicolette’s place was perfect! We stayed just one night to attend a concert at PPG Arena but wish we could have stayed longer. Lots of space to spread out and exceptionally clean which are two things that are important for me personally. Great location for quickly getting around town and a gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms!

Charming townhome with lots of parking and cute shops and restaurants just two blocks away. About 5 min drive away is another whole neighborhood with awesome coffee shops/bookstore, many more restaurants, games store and more. Really enjoyed my visit. George is super responsive and proactive, checking in to make sure everything was going well and that we got in ok. * HomePods are a lovely tough to play music throughout. * House was clean and easy to find. Parking is simple; there’s always a spot on the street in front of the unit. * The house is chilly but lots of throws throughout helped. Heat is super responsive and warms up the place quickly. * Kitchen is fairly well appointed * Beds are comfy and the feather comforters are quite warm - perfect for keeping the heat lower.

We came in town for parent’s weekend at PITT. We loved this house, the location, the decor, and the layout. We spent evenings drinking wine on the back deck, mornings walking to coffee shops, and dinner nearby. Nice and quiet neighborhood and 1.5 miles from campus.

Nice to have two separate spaces, especially in the morning as people got up. Plenty of gathering space for larger groups in the kitchen and living rooms as well.

Beautiful place! The host was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything! The back porch was our favorite part and the neighborhood was very quiet and friendly! Would definitely book again well worth the price
