The host Min was super responsive. He was kind to provide a screwdriver when asked for and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Definitely recommend properties hosted by him.

Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

This place is very cozy! Everything was quite clean when we got there, and Min was very helpful throughout the process-- at one point, we needed an extra set of towels, and we managed to get them within half an hour. The instructions to get in are very clear, as was dealing with check-out. There is a grocery store within walking distance, as well as some other places to eat. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great stay, will book again if I need to stay in Pasadena or sounding areas.

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very kind and polite. They answered all our questions and provided everything we asked for. It was a great experience. I would recommend the location to others traveling or staying in the area. There is a nice park with a track and pond near by. You can even see the mountains down some of the nearby streets. There are many nice local restaurants , a few supermarkets and businesses near by.

Simple and clean with spacious rooms! Well worth it

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

All aspects of our stay were exceptional and above expectations. Fantastic views. Spacious and well appointed patios.Comfortable, impeccable inside space. Dessie is a very charming and informative host.

Being there in Venice canals is just a dream experience

Thank for allowing us to stay in your home during the Christmas season everything was accurate we felt comfortable we felt safe the rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was clean. I enjoyed my stay in this lovely house tucked away in the canyon. I particularly appreciated being so close to beautiful hiking trails while only a short drive down to shops and restaurants. The place was clean and very well equipped and the host was responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again.

This is our 2nd time reserving Jose’s home and we had a wonderful time. Jose is a great host and is so accommodating. His home is really great for a large group. Would definitely love to stay here again.

We were 5 colleagues on a busiinesstrip and had a great time at this house. Atmosphere, house and garden are wonderful. Also great for cooking and spending time in the huge kitchen (once you find out what is where in the infinite number of drawers :) ). We surely will come back when we'll return to LA.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Quaint villa in the green hills of Los Angeles, quiet and relaxing but 10 minutes from the action of Hollywood. Felt very safe. Pool is absolutely lovely, room spotless and homely. Can’t wait to stay again!

Amazing home! My team and I had a great stay in such a convenient location. The house is much bigger than it looks in pics and really well kept.

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

Great spot for my family to stay when they came into town. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard is better than pictured. A bonus, we barely experienced any bugs outside. We spent a lot of time outside since it was so nice. Host were very friendly. Great location.

We had a great weekend at Greg and Maylen's home. The layout of the home and casitas meant that even though we had a big group with lots of noisy children, there were still places that you could get away and nap or be peaceful. The interior of the home was very clean and matched the photos. The kitchen lacked some amenities (we couldn't find a cutting board) but Maylen went out of her way to send us one within a few hours of us asking her about it. The hosts were great and super responsive. The outside / pool area was a little bit dirty/dusty (probably from recent fires) and there were parts of the fence that were broken. The home is also right next to the freeway (and close to the airport) and so there is a lot of traffic noise when you are outside. We didn't mind this, but I could see this being less-than-ideal if you are looking for a very peaceful poolside experience. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely go back again.

Maria is an amazing host! We lost everything in the Eaton fire and she was able to accommodate us in a very short notice! Kids had a lot of fun on the property! Thanks again!
