Mary Kate met me in the driveway and escorted me into the unit! The place was beautifully appointed. It felt new, fresh and lovely including great choices of art and photography and a private, peaceful yard with hummingbirds that greeted me the first morning - just outside the window. There was cheese and crackers and morning fresh fruit with delicious Keurig coffee, a lovely place to dine. The bathroom had bright lighting, plenty of air, the room was just the right warmth each night and the bed, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever experienced with an Air BnB! Mary Kate is a wonderful person, polite and helpful. All my needs were met and then some. I want to come back!

Kathy and Phil were fantastic. My daughter and I felt right at home in their guesthouse. Kathy made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips on sights to visit while we were in town. Very safe and close to all attractions in and around LA. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

From the moment we arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. What truly stood out was her beautiful victorian style home, spotless, attention to detail. Every interaction with Marti and Bill went above and beyond to anticipate our needs. A very thoughtful gesture, the beautiful flowers they arranged on our arrival. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every aspect of our stay, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, fostering a sense of comfort and relaxation. It's clear that the couple takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys making guests feel at home. This level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated.

This time my married daughter and husband stayed at Christine's place. They wrote: "Christine's place has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and aesthetic. The entire time it felt like home. The host left out an entire breakfast spread out for us. Presentation was beautiful, there was even a sign outside the door to welcome us. The decor and general aesthetic was reminiscent of my grandmother's home back in Texas. Everything felt extremely cozy and kind, if I had to sum our experience up more succinctly, I would say: A Weekend at Grandma's".

Helen's place is in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice view from its backyard. The room is clean and the treats are an added bonus. Helen is very friendly and accommodating. Her recommendation for a walkable trail where the Hollywood sign can be seen is amazing!

Great place great host!

10/10 stay! Booked this place for a bachelorette night: somewhere pretty to chill, play games, enjoy the scenery, etc. What we got was a lot better than that. From day one, Ollie was a very friendly and accommodating host. I was hoping that the place would be large but what we arrived to was a very very spacious apartment with a great living space for multiple people - dining table, sofa+tv area, area in front of window in front of the beach is also very roomy. The ceilings were also very high and the architecture made it feel like we were on vacation somewhere not Long Beach. You can tell the furniture, color combinations, and everything down to the trinkets were chosen with care and consideration. The beds were very comfortable and even the sofa bed had a firmness to it. Ollie delivered breakfast in the morning: apples with lemon+honey, pain au chocolate, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Overall, the stay was a dream and can’t wait to have an occasion to come again! :)
