Highly recommend staying here if you’re wanting to stay outside of New York. Couple minute walk to train, an actual driveway to park in, and a nice neighborhood. We would stay here again!

Kwadwo was an amazing host and has a really nice place. It was super clean upon arrival, very spacious, and had everything we needed during our stay. I loved how Kwadwo was very responsive when we would reach out to him and he always made sure to check on us throughout our trip. This is the place to stay Brooklyn. I highly recommend!!!

I was with my daughter visiting Fordham University, We felt very safe during our stay and it was close enough to walk public Transportation. To bad the weather was chilly I wish we would be able to take advantage of the lovely back yard..

Delia was very accommodating to our needs. The space is very lovely and clean. After our check out she even reached out to me about something I left there. I will be staying here again in the future. Thank you so much Delia :)

I had the most wonderful stay at The Morency Group’s place. Prior to my arrival, the host communicated with clearly check-in instructions. The host also checked in on me throughout my stay to ensure that I was comfortable with the temperature of the apartment, and to inquire if I needed assistance with anything or recommendations for my itinerary. The space was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. It was cozy, clean and spacious. I felt right at home! I loved it so much I booked my next stay prior to checking out. From now on this will be my home away when traveling back to my home town.

Camilo y Nathaly son excelentes anfitriones, estuvieron al pendiente en todo momento, contestaban de inmediato y no hubo una respuesta en blanco, la casa es verdaderamente hermosa, totalmente impecable. definitivamente no tengo palabras para expresar lo importante increíble que fue 0ara mi y mi familia quedarnos ahí, sin duda alguna regresaría ahí mismo. My family and i rented this entire house during our vacation to NY. the place was very clean, & spacious, located in a nice safe and quiet area. we definitely enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this place over and over again

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Migdalia's :) It was extremely comfortable and homey. We will definitely recommend and return.

Once again I love it it is so comfortable I feel like I'm at home when I'm there I finally learned how to you the fireplace 😂😭

This was such a great stay! The apartment looked just like the photos and was extremely clean and comfortable. I had no problems with my stay and the apartment is located in a great neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was less than a ten minute walk from multiple bus routes that all went into the city. Sal let me drop off my bags before check in which was very helpful! Overall, it was a great stay with a great host. I would highly recommend staying here!

Emily's place was perfect. Great location and Hoboken is a very cool city. Walkable, friendly area with easy access to PATH & NYC. Emily was an exceptional host. We got in town earlier than expected & she responded immediately to our text. She allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could explore while the place was being cleaned. We will definitely visit again!

My family and I stayed at Maggy’s place for my daughter’s birthday. We were looking for a cozy spot outside of NYC and it was perfect. It was clean, spacious and we felt right at home. Maggy was very professional, friendly and responsive when I reached out. I definitely recommend staying here and we will be back.

My stay was everything I needed, "me time". I'm local and just needed to exhale. I booked and was able to rest and I was even able to cook a meal or two. I would definitely book again.. thanks Candy for being a great host..

Place was pristine and very welcoming. Had everything you needed to cook a meal. Was a great location to walk to subway so visiting different areas was easy.

Beautiful place in a great location. Our hosts were very responsive and welcoming. My wife and I look forward to staying in the property again. we enjoyed our stay and hosts so much that we also looked in to some of their other rental properties.
