Penny and Cannon's condo was wonderful! It was super clean, very comfortable, great view, and the pools were a lifesaver for the kids. They always respond immediately and the directions for everything were very easy to follow. I can't wait to come back!

April was very proactive in keeping me updated about the property. She provided suggestions and instructions for our stay. Easy check in and out process . The water line has drastically decreased however there’s still a decent view to be able to relax and unwind from this condo . We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and excellent amenities! Debbie was very responsive and extremely helpful. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could ever need. We were able to cook and serve a full Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of kitchen ware, utensils and plates. The outside living spaces are so peaceful and plenty of space for a large group. We will be booking Debbie's place again when we go visit our Texas family! Thank you for sharing your beautiful and welcoming home with our family!

Beautiful location, very clean and felt right at home. The condo was quiet, never heard any neighbors or loud outside noise. Kathryn had excellent communication before and during our stay at the condo. She gave very clear and simple instructions, making things very easy to figure out. The location was perfect for our vacation to Austin. It was a short drive to downtown Austin, as well as an easy drive to San Antonio and Waco. It was nice to stay a little outside of the city to be away from the hustle and bustle, while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the lake and the wildlife all around the condo location.

Loved our stay. We had 4 kids with us ages 14 to 1 and they all had a great time! The residents were so kind to us as well! We would definitely come stay again!

Had a great stay. We set out to rest and relax after a stressful time, and this condo really had everything we needed to relax, watch the sunset, stargaze, swim and enjoy Austin. great stay and we would definitely come back again. The island is kind of magical with deer, raccoons and birds that are very friendly towards the local humans. staff at the condo building were welcoming and friendly. some places aren't always that nice to sort term renters but all staff and neighbors were friendly and helpful when we interacted.

Very communicative and the place was so great I decided to stay a few more days

We had a wonderful stay! It actually exceeded our expectations! Host was always checking on us through the app messages! We ended up having to leave a day earlier and they were very understanding. We will definitely be going back! Thank you for having our family! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!

We stayed here with our pup because my husband was here for a conference and we needed a place for me to work remotely that also had a backyard for the dog. It was very nice and Lydia was incredibly responsive, friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again!
