実家に帰ったかのようにくつろげました。 ご夫婦はきさくで話しやすく、常にこちらを気にかけてくださいました。 部屋は快適で寝具はふかふかでした。 料金込みで朝食を頂きました。 丁寧に作っていただき、とても美味しかったです。 奥様はお菓子作りが得意で、大変おいしいケーキを職場のメンバー分まで頂いて しまいました。 ぜひまた訪問したいです。

Des hôtes accueillants, qui prennent vos bagages à la gare et qui vous y raccompagnent. Des petits déjeuners exceptionnels et très copieux vous sont servis. Une maison étonnante par son architecture qui vous offre calme et espace. Le nécessaire de toilette est à disposition ce qui allège le bagage. Nous recommandons +++.

We enjoyed our stay with Tomomi. Unfortunately we did not get to paddleboard (they usually do it more in spring and summer months) which I was not aware of beforehand. But we did get to enjoy a family style meal home cooked by Tomomi which was great. She was very welcoming and we would love to come back for paddle boarding. We would also love to check out Tomomi’s restaurant at which she’s a chef!

Such a beautiful few days with Tomomi and her family. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Tomomi loves to cook and is amazing at it too! We shared some really special meals. I recommend a day trip to Akiyoshido Caves - such a great destination. Highly recommend for a traveller looking for something off the beaten track.

Quiet and convenient area in Hiroshima, and easy access to central area and station- either by bus or train. I usually preferred the 30 min walk. Kikue provided a very comfortable stay, she is very communicative and a very experienced host. The highlight was when she brought me to a tennis game with her lovely friends, providing me with a bike and a racket. Who gets to play tennis in Hiroshima? If you go to Hiroshima- this is the place to stay.

A wonderful place to stay in Hiroshima. Very easy to get to all locations and onsite parking is available. Peaceful and quiet at night and Kikue and her husband are very warm-hearted people and outstanding representatives of the local culture. Hope to stay again next time I'm in the region.

This hostel is beautifully designed, with a modern aesthetic—it allows your thoughts to wander and your mind to feel free. On top of that, the staff provided such a personal experience. They are genuinely the kindest people, going out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Whether it’s providing local tips, having thoughtful conversations, or just being genuinely caring, they made our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a welcoming and spotless place to stay, this hostel is a must! Not to forget, the town Tsuwano has such a charming, peaceful atmosphere, perfect for exploring or just taking it easy. We were especially impressed by the local food—everything was incredibly fresh, and each meal felt like a true taste of the region. We only wish we could have stayed longer to soak in more of the area’s beauty and enjoy the warm hospitality at the hostel. It’s a place we’ll definitely want to return to!

This is my second time visiting Hiroshima and I knew that I wanted to stay with Kikue again! It’s a very “home stay”-like vibe. Kikue is very friendly and easy to talk to. (Good Japanese listening practice!) I love the traditional Japanese breakfasts she makes. :) The living space is clean and cozy, and the futons were really fluffy and comfortable! It can be a little difficult to find the house the first time, but this is trivial compared to everything else. I hope to visit again soon!

Nous avons adoré le logement, très bien situé, proche des restaurants, des lieux touristiques et seulement a environ 7 minutes à pied de larret d'autobus. Nous avons apprécier pouvoir déposer nos bagages avant le check in pour nous permettre de visiter la ville. De plus, le logement etait grande et spacieux avec une belle vue du 8e étages. Notre hôte était très gentille et repondait rapidement au message. Pour finir, nous recommandons ce logement pour des courts et long sejour à Hiroshima, pour toute ces raisons et aussi pour les bons déjeuner traditionnels servie chaque matin à notre chambre directement à l'heure que nous le demandions.

Het was een uiterst aangenaam verblijf in dit uiterst comfortabele appartement. De ligging is rustig en overal vlakbij. We hebben de laatste dag genoten van het heerlijk verse ontbijt dat ons werd aangeboden. Wij kunnen dit enkel aanbevelen!

Had everything we needed. Check in was simple and was nice to leave our bags before check in time. Beds were very comfy.

This is a really great find. Friendly instant communication with Komachi. Upmarket area of the city within walking distance of the Peace Park and related locations + close to the tramway and bus, restaurants etc. The apartment is part of an ultra-modern complex and has the important addition of the lift. The interior is decorated in white throughout and is spacious and immaculately clean. All amenities, fittings etc are brand new and there is literally nothing lacking. The big surprise then is the price, which is way below what I would expect to pay for this kind of standard. Fabulous overall rating.
