家族と愛犬で3泊利用させていただきました。 駅から近く周りに長谷寺等の観光地や美味しい飲食店、海も近いです。 部屋やお風呂、キッチンも綺麗で新しく気持ちよく過ごせます。 車で来て連泊される場合の駐車場は施設目の前の駐車場は最大料金なく駐車期限2日間までなので、事前に1日単位で借りられる場所を探したほうがいいです。 総合的にとても良かったので、家族でまた利用させていただきます。

すごく綺麗な部屋 オーナーさんも情熱です。 最初車の大きさで駐車できるが質問したら、道路のサイズ全て測ってくれました！ ワンちゃんつれて一緒に行ってるから、周り散歩も最高です！ コンビニもすごく近いです。 とてもいい体験でした。 ありがとうございます😊 非常非常干净好看的房间 房主也非常非常的热情 开始我问停车场的大小 房主把外面里面道路全部测量了尺寸给我 非常非常感谢 我带了狗一起居住 附近的环境也是非常好 走路3分钟就是很大的便利店 非常好的体验 感谢

Our group of 5 had a great time staying at Akira’s apartment! Although a little plain and removed from major tourist neighborhoods, it ultimately had everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Would recommend for a group (5+ beds, 2 toilets, stocked with amenities). Quick walk to metro lines and convenience stores was also important for us. Would recommend!

Great stay. It was even roomier and nicer than expected from the pictures. Plenty of space for 2 people to sleep in separate rooms. Has a tatami room, office/extra bedroom, separate shower room and toilet, and living room/kitchen/balcony. It's the full top floor of a house. The host was very nice. He gave us lots of recommendations, responded well, and was kind if we made a mistake. The stay was very private, and easy to come and go. The city was nice and peaceful, yet there were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The large park next to the house was a great feature. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the station, but you will pass through a nice park. Once you reach the station, you can take a cheap, frequent train to Shinjuku which takes only 25 minutes. I think this is a great place, especially for a long stay. It's good for people who want to relax in a Japanese suburb with easy access to the city. Would be great for remote working too! Thank you! 総じて非常に素敵なステイを楽しむことができました。 お部屋は素敵な外観と内装、家具で、ベッドも非常にふかふかで快適に眠ることができました。料理するのがメインの目的だったのでキッチン重視で選ばせていただきましたが、調理器具もお皿等もそろっていましたし簡単な調味料が置いてあったのは助かりました。 その他、お風呂もきれいでアメニティもそろっており、駐車場もありと、目的にかなった言うことなしのステイとなりました。 また機会がありましたら利用させていただきます。

Nous avons tout aimé, L’emplacement dans un petit quartier calme, proche du métro. Le logement est spacieux et confortable et l’hôte est très sympathique. Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu au prix plus que correct étant donné le secteur. Le Lawson juste en face a permis d’acheter le petit-déjeuner du matin et autres produits de dépannage. Nous étions en famille et nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps.

海沿いで素敵なコテージでした。朝起きてすぐにビーチに迎えるローケーションが最高でした。

漁港、ビーチに近く大変便利。かわいい外観のお洒落な一軒家でした。

出来たばかりということもあり、新築の匂いがして建物や備品も綺麗で整理されていたのでとてもよかったです。今回はペットを連れていったのでB棟に宿泊しましたが、犬が走り回れるほど綺麗で広い庭と、豊富なペット用品がありとてもよかったです。プールも綺麗で夜にはライトアップされて最高でした。設備で浮き輪もありました。サウナも温度が高く、外で整いスペースもあり、プライベート空間でとても楽しく癒されました。また利用したいと思います。

期待以上の素晴らしい滞在となりました。炭火でBBQ、焚き火まで楽しめる貸別荘はなかなかないのではと思います。サウナもしっかりすぐに温まり気持ちよく過ごせました。朝は富士山が綺麗に見えてロケーションも最高でした。またぜひ利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

家族4名と愛犬で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。暖炉、サウナやバーベキューなどの設備も整っており、オーナー様からの各種連絡もタイムリーで大変親切に対応いただきました。清川村は初めてでしたが、近隣に道の駅、スーパー、カフェなどもあり、便利でした。

Smooth communication and easy check in. Teru was very flexible with our request and would definitely stay again!

The place is very comfy for my family of four. Tho train stations are 10-14mins away , we definitely enjoyed walking around the area, just like going to Showajima station, also local bus station is just 4min away so it’s fine. The house was clean and every necessity was provided. And 7/11 and Aeon grocery just across the house was very convenient for us. Until next time.

I stayed here over a month and I had a great experience ! I’m a deep sleeper so this didn’t bother me but you could hear the train passes by and I also heard baby crying. They weren’t loud so they didn’t bother me but if you are light sleeper then maybe it will. It takes closer to fifteen minutes to Nishi Ooii station which was a convenient station that takes you less than ten minutes to Ebisu and Shibuya. I think this is good place for long term stay!

2人で利用しましたが施設は広くて清潔でした！ 使いませんでしたがキッチン周りも砂糖や塩、油といった基本的な調味料や調理器具が揃っていて自炊をするのにも便利そうです。 お庭も大変良く手入れされており、花が咲いていて美しかったです。また、周辺は静かで落ち着けました。 チェックインの時間も柔軟に対応いただくとともに、ご厚意で最寄り駅から車で送迎していただき大変ありがたかったです。 また近くに訪れる機会があればぜひ利用させていただきたいです！

I stayed at Shigeru’s for a month and couldn’t be happier. He was extremely kind and welcoming and the place was exactly like the pictures. I especially love the kitchen. There are many shops very close by and the apartment has a charm to it. I highly suggest staying at Shigeru’s!!!!

Such a cozy spot away from the excitement of Shibuya! Nobu was an excellent host--really responsive, helpful, and friendly. They were able to help with luggage delivery services and handled my luggage with care. The accommodation itself is surprisingly really spacious and well-designed, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The furniture and bed are all really comfy. The walk to the space is 15-20 minutes from Shibuya Station, and there is a rather steep hill as well. Further, there's a few sets of stairs before making it to the front door. Definitely take your time making your way to the space, especially with walking up/down the stairs. There are so many restaurants and izakayas just 5-10 minutes' walk away, with a konbini/convenience store just a quick trip down the street (after you make it up the stairs haha). I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to those looking for a quiet spot in Shibuya!
