Excellent lodging in central Kabukicho. The place was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the balcony was perfect for sipping a chu-hi at sunset. Easy access from major stations, and a lot of my activities I could walk to. If I ever come back, I will definitely try to book again!

The accommodation was very homey and comfortable. Location was good with nearby basic grocery and convenience stores, neighbourhood restaurants and a very peaceful area. Accessibility to the train station is an absolute plus for any tourist who is visiting Japan; a 1-2 minute walk and you are all set to explore the massive Japan railway network. The host has been consistently very responsive through out the process — from initial inquiries, to booking, during stay and until check out. Very pleasant dealings. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and checking in on us and ensuring all keeping well during our stay in your property.🙂

I’m quite familiar with the area therefore my expectations were met. The apartment is beautiful and well designed. The area is not for tourists who wants the crazy and busy Tokyo vibe but for those who wants a peaceful quiet area but very near Asakusa and the Tokyo Skytree where lots can be done. Balcony is a bit cramped due to the big trash bin in the balcony so it’s just enough for one to hang out in, have coffee and maybe a cigarette. For 4 people with luggages, the place becomes cramped but luggages can be kept under the bed and in the closet after use to free up space. Foldable couch and mattress are also very convenient. The projector TV is awesome. Was able to play music on YouTube and watch favorite shows on streaming sites easily.

I had an amazing stay at Vovo’s place! The host is incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to assist with any questions. She truly went above and beyond, even helping me make reservations and bookings, which made my trip so much easier. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around. The place itself is spotless and well-maintained. Honestly, the best host ever, highly recommend! 😊

Absolutely amazing stay! The house is brand new, super clean, and beautifully designed, making it a really comfortable place to relax. Everything is well thought out, and you can truly feel the host’s hospitality in every little detail. The location is also fantastic—perfect for exploring the area. Communication was quick and smooth, so I felt totally at ease throughout my stay. The best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! Would definitely love to stay here again. Sakura was responded to questions super fast. The house was clean, right near 711, and near a huge department shop and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the train station and felt like you are a Japanese National walking the streets! Beautiful neighborhood.

I had a fantastic stay! The space was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The multiple toilets and showers were incredibly convenient, making it easy and comfortable for everyone. The location was also a major plus. There were plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. One of the standout features was the property’s accessibility. It offered easy access from the airports, making both arrival and departure hassle-free. Getting to Disneyland was a breeze as well, thanks to the direct bus just a few minutes’ walk away. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Their clear instructions and helpful recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Ka’s home was amazing - a 2-storey house with 4 rooms, spacious living room and great kitchen. The bathroom amenities was incredible. There is even a tv in the master bedroom. The bed, pillows and comforter was superb for winter and every room including the main living room had a heater / aircon. There is also a parking space in front of the house which was exceptionally convenient. Ya Wen who was our onsite host was super friendly and helpful. She was on hand to help us check in and explained everything to us and flexible with the timings. There were also staff to clean up the home and do the laundry. I strongly recommend this place and would definitely be back when I next visit Tokyo. Thank you to Ya Wen and her team for their warm hospitality and perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay during our first trip to Tokyo. The location is great, just over a 10-minute walk to Shin-Koiwa Station, with 7-Eleven, supermarket, restaurants and daily goods shops nearby. The host was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond by picking us up at the station with luggag knowing we were traveling internationally with 3 young kids. The house was clean, modern, quite, spotless and well-equipped. The furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. The kitchen was impressively stocked; not only with cooking essentials, spices, and rice, but also with free milk and bread in refrigerator for kids on the first day! A special touch we loved was the small water bottles filled with fresh green leaves placed around home. It felt calming and welcoming. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and attention to detail. If you're looking for a place that truly feels like a home away from home, with a host who genuinely cares about your comfort, this is the place!

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Easy walkable distance to train stations, lots of restaurants, convenience stores and supermarket nearby. Apartment was clean, had all the amenities we needed for our family. Host was very responsive.

This place is in a perfect Location. It's in a quiet neighborhood with Lawson and 7/11 right around the corner. Even though you're in a quit area you are just walking distance to everything you need. Mega Don Quijote - 5min walk, Parco Mall which my kids loved to visit because of the Pokémon and Nintendo Center - 7min walk and Shibuya Station is just a 10mins walk away. The house itself is amazing. Its very clean and modern with many great features. We had a family of 5 and fit with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room with the huge tv with Netflix was great to just relax and watch a movie. Two of the best features of the house that we used was the heated floors in the living room and the drying area in the shower worked amazing to dry off our things after walking in the rain. The only concerns I have are the indoor stairs are very steep for kids/elderly. We were very happy with our stay and Ayaka was a great host.

Great place, exactly as described. Location is amazing. Very quiet, yet just a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. We loved staying there and would go back next time we visit Tokyo. Thank you!
