Stayed here for a girls weekend trip to Napa! We all the best time staying at this airbnb. Everything was perfect and the place and location was stunning. Would recommend this place to everyone!!

Ruben was great and worked with my friends and I. He was willing to help us check in a little early and responded quickly.

Cute home. Clean, close to stores and restaurants. Daniel was extremely responsive. Great place to stay in West Sacramento. The only thing that would have made it any better was if there was access to a washer and dryer. When traveling, we like to be able wash clothes when we need it..luckily we were able to find a laundromat nearby in a safe area. Other than that it was the perfect stay.

Amazing cozy home with a beautiful deck and view of the river, definitely looking forward to booking again! Madison was super responsive with any questions and concerns I had. The only con was that there was no propane tank in the outdoor fire place and the out door heater had an empty propane tank so we couldn’t use either. Aside from that 10/10 definitely would recommend

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay and stroll around in while visiting Davis, CA…look no farther… Village Homes is the answer! With hundreds of fruit trees and flowers you feel like you’re in an enchanted garden. This ADU is really great. W/ your own parking space you enter this compact studio that has everything you need. An induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, WiFi, large screen TV, heating/cooling, etc., all the amenities you require. Personally, the state of a bathroom can make or break my stay somewhere. This bathroom has its own heating unit in it. The shower area is big and the water pressure is perfect. And it was really clean…as was the whole place. What else? The hosts. Well, you probably will not see them unless you need to but if you do they are very responsive and absolutely delightful. I was lucky enough to get into an actual conversation (my choice) with them and I can tell you they are thoughtful and caring people. Enjoy your stay. I know I did.

This is a perfect home for hosting families and children. The rooms are big. The amenities are wonderful and thoughtful. The plates for the children were great and the play room was a big hit. The family enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard was perfect for our needs . The hosts were helpful and the communication was excellent. Our family was able to relax and the kids were able to play with their cousins . We definitely enjoyed our time together.

Kimberly's home is amazing, spacious, and remote in a great way. We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday there and it allowed great opportunities for people to get together and plenty of space in the kitchen to have food service but never feel crowded. Master bedroom is enormous and has a stellar bathroom. Other rooms are significantly smaller, but still great. Keep in mind that 3 of them have 3 small beds, which is good for kids. Didn't get to try the pool this winter, but maybe next time. Also, GOATS! They are incredibly sweet and a nice reminder that you're not in a regular neighborhood. Lots of stars out at night as well. Kimberly is very responsive and helpful at every step. Highly recommend if you need a getaway, just be sure to check the pantry because the nearest supermarket is about 30 minutes away. Internet can be spotty, but it was never an issue. Overall a great property and very good communication from the host. Highly recommend.

Rachel was a great host! Very responsive and happy to give recommendations for things to do in downtown Sacramento. Lovely spot, lots of space, and great amenities. Very close to downtown and a nice quiet area.

The Carriage House was a hidden gem. After three nights at a hotel for a conference, this was the perfect place for peace, tranquility and beautiful surrounds. Speaking with Tom was a joy and he had many good recommendations. The Carriage House is a perfect set up for one person and I felt as though I had a magical “she-shed”. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at Andrea and Todd's! They were extremely responsive, accommodating, and flexible in allowing for an early check-in and late check-out. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great little spot in downtown Sacramento. Very walkable area, and the apartment has nice amenities. The shower had really nice, hot water! :)

Loved this studio so comfy had beds that help regulate your blood flow in ur body they vibrate and adjust to your comfort level put me right to sleep and I slept all night for once in a long while beautiful surroundings peaceful and quiet hot water and roomy has a hot plate no toaster but it was perfect and the hosts are so friendly and respectful thank you

My buddy was in town so I wanted to show him around downtown Sacramento! Lots to do, good restaurants and a lot of fun bars!

Everything was great. On extended work trip. Close to everything. I would recommend to stay here. Hosts were responsive.
