GREAT place to stay.Had everything I needed and then some.Would love to come back.

Great place! Looked just like the pictures. Very clean and neat. She sent detailed directions on how to find the rental because it sits behind the main road unit. For us it was conveniently located to the other Amish towns we wanted to visit.

We had a great time in York. There is a lot to see but my main objective with this trip was to visit family. The location was convenient as all my grandchildren live within about a 20 minute drive. The apartment is clean and had all the amenities I necessary to spend a few days.

This little gem was tucked away in a great location to all Lancaster County had to offer, yet was wonderfully quiet. The apartment decor and furnishings gave a nod to its industrial roots but left nothing wanting for comfort and convenience. Loved the authentic iron claw foot tub and the well-stocked kitchen area. Very clean everywhere, and clear, easy instructions and information from the host. A perfect hideaway for a couple’s weekend!

Peter is fantastic. His apartment is very nice and comfortable. We would stay here again. Peter is very responsive and available to his renters. The space is laid out well, clean, and furnished in all the ways that make sense. A+ host!

This apartment was absolutely wonderful! We LOVED the view from the livingroom, the quiet retreat in the absolutely charming city of York. This place is only a block from the Appel Center, a wonderful theater with world class entertainment, all sorts of yummy pizza, vegetarian, steak joints and middle eastern restaurants. There is private parking, super easy self check in, the kitchen has all you need and the bed was dreamy and comfortable. Derek was an amazing host. He was super responsive and mailed us back our phone charger that we left behind. Do yourself a favor and stay in this clovely place!

Wonderful place to come and relax after work. Quiet, Clean, and Peaceful. Comfortable furniture and everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking.

This home is beautiful and such a nice place to stay! Amy was so welcoming, responsive, and helpful. She even helped me get a necessary prescription from the pharmacy because I was working so late and they closed before I could get there. Truly the kindest soul, a beautiful and clean house, in a very safe place!

Oh my gosh, this place was amazing! It is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay. The unit was spotlessly clean. The area is quiet and out of the way, and it felt like home away from home. I highly recommend staying here, and if I find my way in this area again, I will absolutely return. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Since we love older homes with unique features , this place was great for us. It was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable and the extra electric heaters in every room made it toasty for someone who is always cold. Definitely would stay again.

Absolutely loved our time here. The unit was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. And it was so convenient to everything in the town. We loved the restaurant right next-door and I even shopped on Saturday. The copper fern store right below was so cute and had wonderful items for sale. Will definitely come back if I’m in town again.

Holly is wonderful host and very personable. The apartment is a nice space (not fancy) that has all the amenities needed for a few days. We enjoyed it for a weekend and will stay again when we go back up that way! We loved the 1pm check out...slept in, didnt have to rush..had coffee watching the horses, dogs, cats at this Beautiful countryside. Country living at its best on this working horse farm.

What a cool spot right in the middle of everything. We were so pleased to find something unique downtown and boy did this deliver.

To echo the sentiments of other reviews. This is an exceptional place to stay if you are looking for an immaculately presented, private, self-contained place. Communications were seamless and always helpful. I arrived late on a cold evening and the heater was on in the loungeroom. On another occasion Holly wrote to advise to watch out for high winds, fallen branches and snow on the roads. Such thoughtful touches were evident from start to finish. I was visiting my son in Gettysburg as well as doing a little sightseeing around the area. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Photos are a good reflection of what to expect.

The place was comfortable and it had everything you need for a short or a long stay. We had a pretty good snow storm and they went as far as shoveling the snow for me, without even asking them to do so. Great host and a great place to stay. No complaints at all!

We had the best time at The Manor over Christmas!!! The place is absolutely gorgeous, there is a fireplace and an outdoors hot tub and the park around the manor is beautiful. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and felt so homely, and our room was beautiful too and big with a huge comfy bed. Rachel was super warm and welcoming and we felt right at home. Marietta is a lovely town with great restaurant options and a nice river walk. We had an unforgettable Christmas experience, thank you for everything Rachel!!

We are from Philadelphia and wanted to have a girls weekend to celebrate a 35th birthday. We came across Joel’s place and immediately could tell it would be the perfect fit. The location was a 12 min walk to the downtown area and there was many walk-able places around. This was the MOST beautifully decorated Airb&b I’ve ever stayed in. The whole space was so modern and clean. The before and after photos were incredible and you can feel the love and thoughtfulness that went into designing this space. It was a 10 out of 10 experience to stay here. The beds were so comfy, everything was clean, cabinets were stocked with dishes and utensils and the communication between the hose and myself was kind and detailed. Everything was perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about Joel and his beautiful place. The bathtub was definitely the highlight of our trip. The space is actually much bigger than i thought especially with the Murphy bed up. As for Joel, he was very responsive and great communication overall. I can say without a doubt he’s the best host I’ve ever come across. We are planning to stay again in the future!

Very clean and adorable place to stay! So cozy and clean. Great location and close to our event in Elizabethtown. Very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place near Elizabethtown or Hershey.
