We had a great stay. The property was clean, cozy and spacious. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. The location was a bit far from the train station, but there were bus stops and convenirnce stores nearby.

Desde que reservamos la estancia nos envió toda la información de como llegar al edificio, sitios para visitar, restaurantes, transporte..Es una persona muy amable y atenta, hablaba un poquito de español así que nos entendimos perfectamente. Si volvemos algún día volveríamos a su apartamento.

非常好的房东，房源生活便利，出门就是药妆店和便利店，门口就有公交车站，房东非常好，很容易沟通，房子提供了足够多的日常用品包括垃圾袋。

Yoshimi was such a wonderful host! She met me even when i had a late check in. She was SO welcoming and friendly, recommended great restaurants, and helped me out with local transportation around Kyoto and Osaka airport! Loved the location, perfect distance to everything! She was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns that i had too

生活が便利で、設備もバッチリ揃ってて、住環境が静かで快適でした。神社が近いからか、空気も雰囲気も澄んでて気持ちよかったです。大屋さんがほんまに親切で、いろいろ助けてくれて感謝します。また泊まりに来たいです！

Bro gave us a ride and shares story about the history of Kyoto

Ken was very down to earth and met/communicated with us accordingly. If you are looking for the best location in Kyoto for a couple or small family (two small children) then this would be my recommendation. Perfectly situated next to many subway stations, shopping, and dining areas this charming apartment met all of our needs while we enjoyed Kyoto for 5 days. Nestled very closely to the Gion nightlife you will be welcomed to many options to enjoy just that with the opportunity to retreat to river view “lanai” and unwind. Ken’s Riverside Terrace was simple but convenient and elegant. He provided small touches of service such as house items you may want to use( we loved the cute Ghibli characters), friendly messages to check in on us, and a gift bag when we checked out. We will 100% would love to return here one day and we appreciate the opportunity to enjoy Kyoto coming from Hawaii.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí y en esta temporada de invierno me sentí muy agradecida con el apoyo del anfitrión. La habitación era simple, cómoda y con buena iluminación natural. Además, se me brindó una manta eléctrica para dormir abrigada durante la noche, un detalle adicional sólo superado por tener acceso a mi propia lavadora en el balcón. Por otro lado, cuando tuve alguna inquietud o necesidad, siempre obtuve una respuesta rápida, algo que se aprecia mucho sobretodo para viajeros que no hablamos el idioma, pues a pesar de esa barrera siempre hay una buena disposición. Estoy satisfecha por la decisión que tomé, en una próxima oportunidad no dudaría en volver. Gracias a esta pareja por hacerme sentir cómoda y facilitar mi estadía mientras trabajaba. Arigato.

Belle was very friendly and lovely, provided clear instructions and had proactively communicated with us to ensure we got to the place safe without any issue. She also provided supportive info and help as we requested, such a great host. She even provided free lift to send us to the closest train station although she didn’t really need to do that. Fantastic hospitality and experience, highly recommended. Area wise, easy access to every where, local super market and restaurants surrounding.

We had a great stay in Tg’s place. He welcomed us at the door when we arrived and showed us around the house and provided the instructions. He also helped us arranged the taxi when we leave. He is a great host and always responsive and helpful! The house itself is gorgeous. It is exactly as you can see in the anime. I stayed in the house during on warm spring afternoon. I opened the windows around the house and can hear the running water sound and bird sound from the garden. It was very relaxing, feeling that I live in the anime world. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Walkable distance to 7/11. We also found a local restaurant -Takano to be our go to place for lunch. It was a nice local store and provides homemade food.

Min was a lovely host with a beautiful home. There is a shared entrance way, Min lives in the left side of the house and we stayed in the right side. Our area was completely private however. She was very responsive and helpful. The house is situated in a nice neighbourhood and is authentic Japanese style. The floor beds were very comfortable as well. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family issue. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Convenient parking in front of the house. Large cars can park. The house size is suitable for a large family. All necessary equipment is provided. The bathroom and toilet are convenient because they are on the ground floor. You can walk to the station.

Outstanding! Very quiet neighborhood that is close to a wonderful supermarket, 5 minute walk to the train that will access everything in both directions. Very clean and modern accommodation. Hosts were extremely helpful, genuine and kind. I would highly recommend if you want to be out of the congested areas of the city. Several restaurants near by to choose from. 10/10 !

真的是非常棒的民宿，我和夥伴們都非常的開心，對於想要煮飯的旅客來說真的很方便，用具也都很齊全！洗澡的時候兩間也可以同時洗，熱水都很穩定，有任何問題房東也都回覆得很即時，非常推薦！

Instructions are great, the place is still a little hard to find. But oh so worthwhile. It's a great part of town. Close to interesting things. Quiet. Well connected. We loved having space and room to live. It was warm, clean, and well appointed. Really appreciated having a washing machine. Drying upstairs worked well. Even in the middle of winter. The hosts are really responsive and helpful. This place is a solid base for exploring kyoto and osaka. Thank you.
