The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive. The room was immaculately clean and located in a great spot.

Everything went well, from when we booked it, communications wise to when i checkout. The reception lady stationed at the hotel was friendly and very accommodating about our request and helping us to booked a cab to nearby station. The staff at the reception center were very kind and helpful as well. Level of hospitality is second to none. The place we stayed is very clean and spacious, complete with everything what we needed during our stay. We will definitely gonna try to booked it again if we go back to Kyoto!!!

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI

A pesar de los problemas que tuvimos con el mail de recepción de contraseña, el alojamiento es excelente. Llegamos en tren y fuimos a sus oficinas dejando las maletas y ellos nos las llevaron al apartamento. Está muy bien ubicado y es una excelente opción en Kyoto. La cocina muy bien equipada, la TV tiene Netflix con todos los idiomas, baño perfecto y cuenta con lavadora y secadora en el edificio. Super buena opción si vas con niños. Cerca hay un supermercado Fresco. Lo recomiendo ya que es un alojamiento excelente.

I can recommend this appartement with any doubt. It's a bit outside of Kyoto Downtown but right next to the JR train station (10 min walk) is a big mall which offers everything you need in the morning or evening when coming home. Everthing was very clean and well organized. I enjoyed the more minimalistic approach without missing anything during my stay.

The host was very kind and the accommodation was very clean and spacious!

Très bel appartement avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Je le recommande surtout si ça vous va d’être un peut loin du centre, dans un quartier calme.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles recht neu. Es ist sauber und wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. In der Nähe sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und auch ein Einkaufszentrum. Man kann mit Bus und Metro recht einfach an und abreisen. Wir sind zu dritt gereist und waren in 203. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Anscheinend ist die Wohnung hellhörig, daher soll man sich ruhig verhalten. Wir haben allerdings nichts gehört im 2. Stock.

离桂川站1左右，按着导航很好找，然后根据房东的指示可以很快找到房子，屋子应该就是传统的一户建分成的小房间挺大的，干净，电视网飞可以看，浴池也不算小，床很软很舒服，离开时需要把垃圾丢到门口的垃圾箱里。总之非常温馨，总之谢谢房主提供的住宿！😁

Todo muy bien, la habitación era más grande de lo que pensábamos. La cama súper cómoda y las almohadas un sueño. Hermoso todo.

We absolutely loved this place. Comfortable, spacious room. Super comfy mattress. So beautifully designed. Felt very clean and cozy. Perfect for our little family. Easy access around town via the bus. Most bus routes are between 4-12 minutes walk from the Airbnb. Metro is close too, but it’s easiest to get around Kyoto by bus.

We had a very lovely stay. The place was easy to find, perfect for our needs (a group of four people), super clean. It was perfect. Thank you for a very lovely stay.

I only stayed here for one night, neede a place on the fly when I changed my plans. I will be saving this room, it was so comfortable and it was in a great location. I was solo traveling but if you have two people the bathroom is big enough to get ready in (won’t feel cramped). Right above a good sandwich place. Saved the sandwich for the next day to cover breakfast before I started my day trip. Overall really a great place in a busy location (Near Nishiki Market).

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our week-long stay in Kyoto. The main train station is just a few minutes away, but the apartment building is tucked away on a quiet side street. We used the in-room kitchen every morning to prepare breakfast, but also had access to a common kitchen on the main floor. Bathroom was quite spacious and water pressure strong! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We would happily stay again.

Ideal location and comfort. May is a great host and very accomodating.
