Nakagyo Ward : chambres d'hôtel

The hostel and the host are totaly fine, cozy and clean. The area around there was beautiful too. But the neighberhood and the people in the hostel were extremely loud :(

It was a very clean and spacious place. The main attractions of Kyoto was accessible by bus. Thank you Goettigen!

Great experience overall. The apartment was just like the description. Walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores and shopping malls. Also walking distance to Peace memorial park and museum.

Clean, well-equipped, good location, responsive host. Would recommend this place for groups of 2-3 people.

这间京都旅馆，让我真正体会到了什么是宾至如归。Essam是一位热情的埃及人，每天早晚都会主动和我打招呼问候，还会开玩笑～他可爱的笑容瞬间拉近了我们之间身为异国人之间的距离，也让我感受到温暖。 旅馆里的两位工作人员和三位年轻志愿者也都超级友好。他们非常善于交流。每天晚上，志愿者和旅客们围坐在一起吃饭聊天，分享彼此的一天。在这里，我见到许多来自不同地方的朋友，我觉得这就是青旅的意义。 这里的洗浴室特别干净，洗发露、护发素、沐浴露、拖鞋配备齐全。这里还贴心地设置了晾晒衣服的地方，这对于像我这样出门在外需要经常换洗衣服的旅客来说，实在是太方便了。 出门不远就是一家7 - 11便利店，无论是购买生活用品还是简单的食物都非常便捷。附近还有几家餐厅。

The location is great, quiet without tourists 😍 but near to the main attractions (metro and buses 6min by walk maximum) I loved the bathroom only for women well designed, perfect private space in the individual showers to change and it was always clean everyday. You can also store your luggage for free and lot of restaurants around. The mattress was a bit thin for me (upper bed) :/ so for 3 nights it was okay. Thank you again 😇

Mil gracias a Luffy por la estadía y ser una persona tan amable, tener en la entrada nada más llegar música de nuestros animes favoritos fue un punto increíble. Además de estar al lado de todos los lugar de Hibike euphonium fue algo que volvería a repetir sin duda.

El alojamiento de Lan nos ha encantado. El barrio es tranquilo y muy local, de casitas bajas, y cerca está el templo To-ji, con la pagoda de madera más alta de Japón. Para ir a las atracciones turísticas más importantes necesitas coger el autobús. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y tenía todo lo necesario. Las vistas desde la azotea de toda la ciudad son muy bonitas.

Our stay was unforgettable thanks to our incredible host, who went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome, comfortable, and completely at home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared — from local recommendations to small personal touches in the home that showed how much she genuinely cared about our experience. What really stood out was her kindness, generosity, and constant attentiveness. She anticipated our needs before we even thought of them, and was always just a message away, ready to help with anything. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional, but also so warm-hearted. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but none have come close to the level of care and hospitality we experienced here. If you’re lucky enough to book with her — do it. She’s a gem, and her place is just as lovely as she is. We left feeling like we made a new friend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, alles war wie beschrieben!Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, gerne kommen wir nochmals wieder:)

Fun traditional building - plenty of space for our group of 12. 20 min walk from Kyoto Station and 10 from Hankyu Shichijo station. Hosts were great at communication, made us feel welcome, quickly responded to concerns. We rented e-bikes at Raku-Chari just around the corner from the inn and rode all over Kyoto. Highly recommend!

Le logement de Lan était formidable ! En réalité il s’agit d’un petit appartement dans un hôtel. Attention : sur les applications type Google Maps, etc. on ne trouve pas l’hôtel sous son vrai nom « Aya Hôtel », mais sous son précédent nom : « Kyoto Pedal ». Sinon, le logement était génial, très propre, très calme,, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir à la maison ! Le café et le thé à disposition dans le lobby du rez-de-chaussée était très appréciable ! Le système de clé par Code était très simple à retenir, et très pratique à utiliser ! Un seul petit regret : nous n’avons pas rencontré Lan —mais la dame qu’on a vue une fois à l’accueil était très gentille. Nous recommandons fortement pour un séjour à Kyoto !

what a lovely place to stay. - welcoming, spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean. very new feel to the place but very comfortable. it's in south kyoto so in the suburbs and out of the way, but nothing a train ride (15mins walk) or an uber can't solve. it's a good price for 2 bedrooms and is quiet in the evening, and the staff are very helpful. close to 2 major temples but quite a way from others. a few good restaurants and a bakery nearby, but if you are looking for nightlife look elsewhere. no elevator, but nice roof terrace, free expresso coffee included, left luggage lockers and bike hire possible. great spot and highly recommended.

The house is very great place to stay. It is warm and cozy. Very accessible. The host was so kind and generous. I really love coming back here!! Best hotel so far. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
