Great location. Easy walk into town. The construction nearby was not an issue. Quiet and private.

Great place to stay for our holiday in Queenstown. Everything you need was supplied in unit. Location was beautiful and peaceful. Great hosts, will return on our next visit. Melissa Brisbane.

April's place was a great place to stay for our visit to Nelson. The city center was just a short drive away and there were plenty of shops and restaurants there to choose from. It was about a 1 hour drive to Able Tasman NP. The property was clean and comfortable, especially the beds, and the kitchen was well equipped. We did not cook any meals there but there seemed to be enough equipment to do so if you wanted to. The laundry facilities were very good and we made use of them. We didn't get to meet April as she was away while we were staying, but she was excellent at communicating and checking that everything was ok. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we were in the area.

Beautiful, adaptable apartment. Fabulous for families. The hosts were very responsive when we found that the iron was not working ( we needed to quickly prep for a wedding) and they also gave us an ironing board ( which wasn’t initially present). We were very very grateful for their rapid action. The apartment was squeaky clean. In summer, one will need to open the windows on the upper floor to get a cross breeze.

This place was very comfortable, with a washing machine, dishwasher, and well-equipped kitchen. Parking in front made unloading easy, and the quiet surroundings ensured a good night’s sleep. It was a great base for visiting Mount Cook, and I wished we could have stayed longer than two nights.

Valerie and Ewan were very friendly and a highlight was their spectacular garden. We were very lucky to be able to help ourselves to the abundant veggie patch. Lots of yummy treats left for us on arrival. Good small supermarket, a couple of pubs and the amazing bakery. We had a very peaceful Xmas/New Year here.

Cozy apartment to stay for couples traveling together. Facilities are new and easy to use. Not far away from city center. Overall good experience.

We loved everything about this little home! It’s spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. I loveeee the aesthetics & the windows tho it could get abit bright in the morning. - Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a good meal, tho the fire was a bit small, & it got a little oily even with the hood on. - Bathroom was greattttt, but it would be even better with a place to place our toiletries inside the shower! - Location is about a 10-minute drive to town. It’s a bit of a drive, but we really enjoyed the drive along Anderson Bay. It’s vvv near to the castle too. - Checking in was easy with the passcode, & parking on the street was convenient. - Hosts were so kind & allowed check-out at 11am & even offered an earlier check-in if we wanted. Also, thank you so much for helping us with our request, we truly appreciate it!!

Nattaya's place in Wanaka made our stay really wonderful and fuss free. The space was clean, peaceful and quiet. It was also just a 2 - 3 mins drive from the main town centre, with plenty of food options, and where the beach was. Nattaya was very responsive, with clear instructions on how to find the place. Check in and check out was smooth. Thank you once again for the stay.

We felt so at home in Miroslava’s place! She had left the place so homely and clean. There were lovely unexpected touches that were much appreciated after a long week in a campervan! An absolute gem! Is a drive from the town but wonderfully calm and quiet.

Kirsty's place is located at a perfect spot for us. It's in the middle of Queenstown and Arrowtown. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and beautiful. Very close to gas station and supermarkets. It has full kitchen and laundry. Definitely recommend!

Loved this place! Quick walk to the lake which was beautiful and lovely to walk around. The unit was very clean and as described, and Susie was very responsive and helpful with anything that came up. We did struggle a bit with the wifi connection so just something to keep in mind if you plan on working remotely. She was always quick to help though. The jacuzzi was also really nice under the stars.

We've been there for one day, for a nice barbeque with friends and a hot-tub session. The apartment was really clean and we felt comfortable. Chris and Julie are friendly and courteous. We recommend this accommodation!

We enjoyed two weekend stays before and after tackling the Milford track. The Cabin was perfect for us – we loved the elevated location which provides really great views of the lake while central Queenstown is readily accessible. One implication is that surrounding streets are steep. The first weekend we relied on the Orbus bus service which is frequent, fast and amazing value. We also walked into town and ran a couple of Strava routes along the lake foreshore and foothills. For the second weekend we hired a car, which gave us the flexibility to visit Mora Wines for breakfast, get in a last day hike (the Moonlight track from Arthurs Point), and make several trips to conveniently collocated supermarkets on Gorge Road (FreshChoice for staples and the more upmarket Raeward Fresh for salads and BBQ fare). We made great use of the BBQ, and the laundry facilities, given our activity! As a host, Melanie was helpful and responsive, and kindly allowed us to store luggage while on the track.

Wow!This place was spectacular, the views really were something special.Bernard provided some great helpful info about local eats and walks from the house.He was friendly and helpful.The walking options from the house were fab, we did a beautiful walk heading up into the hills from the house. The big bed was super comfy and the layout and space was perfect.We loved the hot tub and views.The bathroom was lovely and had everything you need.The dual wardrobe storage space was so comfy and spacious.We loved sitting by the window enjoying the view and we felt that we had privacy. This place has all the main things absolutely right.Some minor considerations would elevate this place to an extraordinary luxury option-for example updating all kitchen appliances,extra spa towels,setting up the windows seat with cushions, some basic instructions for TV options and some local recommendations and maps. Thanks Bernard,we have recommended your place and shared photos with our friends and family.

Had a wonderful stay. Quiet place with close/quick access to both Wanaka and Queenstown/Arrowtown. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a lovely apartment, had an amazing view of lake and mountains. Location was just perfect - 15min walk to the centre of Queenstown and yet away from the busyness of the town, we felt it had the best location along Frankton Road! One of the duvets badly needed a clean. I had to call Sophie because she did not see my message. She then immediately came with a brand new duvet! Appreciated that very much. Only disappointment was that we did not realise a 10-day booking did not include a mid stay clean nor clean linen and towels. Overall a great stay and will recommend to anyone visiting Queenstown and will book again if we ever return

Had a wonderful week in Fernhill exploring all Queenstown had to offer including quiet swim spots, playground with a VIEW, world class MTB tracks, forest and lakeside walks and sneaky local gems for food. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for a New Years to remember.

A wonderful stay - the house is impeccably stylish with thoughtful and modern amenities. It was perfectly clean and Alice was a very clear communicator - an effortless stay, would rebook.

We had a wonderful stay at Brent and Annette's beautiful apartment. The views are spectacular and the apartment has everything you could want or need for a very comfortable, relaxing stay. It's a short easy walk along the coastal path to the main part of Kaiterteri where the coffee shop, restaurant and small supermarket are. We went into the Abel Tasman park from Marahau, a short drive from Kaiteriteri. Would highly recommend hiring a car if you're flying into Nelson and staying in Kaiteriteri as a base for exploring the park. If you are not going into the park, you can join a kayaking trip from Kaiterteri or just have a beach holiday on the pristine sand and clear clear water of the bay at the end of Brent and Annette's road. Brent and Annette are great communicators, very responsive and super friendly. We had the best holiday and hope to be back before too long. Thank you so much.
