Very much enjoyed our stay at Beachaven. Peaceful surroundings, sea lions on the beach, great swimming (but too cold at this time of year), lots of dvds for entertainment. Liane was a very responsive host ❤️

This is a stunning place to stay .the views , the gardens amazing . There were 15 of us ranging in age from 1 year to 68.we booked all the cabins and the house. We had our meals around the big table and played cards every night. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds . Lots of games and books there. Elizabeth and Duan and children were lovely and very responsive to any queries. It was a good lesson for us townies to be mindful of our water use as it’s reliant on rain water. We all loved our stay there. A New Zealand paradise

Book it! We've been travelling for months now and staying in airbnbs almost the entire time. Sonyas place is the one we felt the most comfortable in, even though we didn't expect it at all - because of Hokitika not the airbnb. We only stopped for one night on the way back to Christchurch but would have happily stayed for much, much longer. The space itself is newly refurbished, is super comfortable and has everything you need and Hokitika itself is a hidden gem. You can see snowcapped mountains and the ocean (not from the airbnb) and the energy of the place is just right. We loved it!

Beautiful location and great simple cottage. Everything you need, and very peaceful tucked away against the Kahurangi National Park. The view into the valley is fantastic, beautiful in the rain and sunshine.

We loved our week at Paul's place. The Palms mall was within easy walking distance and it's a pleasant bus ride into the centre of Christchurch. The house is on a quiet street and has an amazing garden and deck for sitting outside. The house has wonderful character and is very comfortable with every mod con you need including an excellent kitchen. We enjoyed the spacious interior - not always a given with Airbnbs! Paul was very responsive and helpful and mad e efforts to ensure we had settled in well. We'd love to stay there again and highly recommend it.

Simply incredible! Loved everything about the stay and thank you so much for the tasting. We know sweet FA about wine being beer and spirit drinkers normally so learning more was fantastic. The room was incredible, one of the few times the photos don’t do the room justice. Wonderful romantic spot.

Our stay at Mark’s was fabulous. It is a beautiful bnb with many thoughtful touches. The living area and kitchen were very spacious, and the garden was gorgeous. Everything was super clean. It was a great home base for the wineries in Blenheim. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing time at this property. We loved the location. It was less than 5 minute walk to the bigger grocery store around the corner, only a 8 minute walk to the bottom of the gondola, and 12-15 minutes to the town center with all the eateries/shopping/lakeside area. It was easy to get around, easy to park our car, great windows to let the breeze inside. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. The oven was different for us as an American but we finally figured it out. We also enjoyed the back patio and enjoyed multiple meals out there. Having the full size washer/dryer was nice as well. Two of three bedrooms were close to the busy street so we could hear people talking and cars/trucks at night. Thankfully we brought our own sound machine so it didn't bother us when we slept and the third bedroom is blocked by the garage so they didn't hear any road noise. We would definietly stay here again. The location and convenience for the price was unmatched.
