Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 💕 Die Betten waren am ersten Abend etwas hart aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Es war eine tolle traditionelle Erfahrung. In der Nähe ist direkt eine Bus- und Bahnstation womit man zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangt. Direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es wenig was man am Abend machen kann. Dies hat aber unserer Position Erfahrung keinen Abbruch getan. 😊

We very much enjoyed our stay at Makiko's! She provided clear directions to get to the apartment, even including a YouTube video that was extremely helpful. The apartment was very well stocked with soda and other beverages waiting for us, which was a welcome treat after a day of travelling to relax and enjoy the complimentary drinks. The kitchen was also well stocked with tea and coffee and had all the necessary kitchenware and service ware for a quick breakfast - it really fit more like a hotel than an airbnb! Plenty of room for 5 people, location was residential and quiet but very walkable from Shin Osaka station which had great food and shopping options. We highly recommend!

A great place a bit out the way, I would definitely stay again .I would recommend to rent a car or a bicycle to get back at night. the local Transit shuts down 8ish. but a very nice place. just look for all the boats.

Great house for a large group. Plenty of room with a master bedroom, with TV, separate from the other rooms. We had a large group with children under 7, so we needed to cook. That was the only downside. Typical small Japanese kitchen. Needs a few more cooking utensils, but it was sufficient.

Seh schöne und große Unterkunft! Makellos und der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt. Sungyun ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und war in der Kommunikation schnell und auch flexibel in den Antworten

My wife & I had the pleasure of staying at the wonderful Bishamon house and it truly exceeded all expectations. The house was not only spacious and comfortable but also beautifully decorated, offering a traditional Japanese style. The highlight of our stay, however, was our host. Christian went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience in Kyoto. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and helpful, but he also took the time to show us some of his favorite local spots for dinner that we never would have discovered on our own. From hidden temples to amazing off-the-beaten-path restaurants, we felt like we were seeing Kyoto through a local's eyes. Christian’s hospitality made our trip truly special, and we can’t thank him enough for his kindness and generosity. His cooking also is top tier and he kept us fueled with his amazing breakfasts! If you're planning to visit Kyoto, you must stay here. We will both be back and I look forward to staying here again at Bishamon house!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The place had more than enough space for the 4 of us with 3 floors and multiple bathrooms. Everything was clean and cozy, and there were extra blankets if needed. Since we came in March it was very cold outside, but we were able to work and use the heaters to warm up the rooms we spent the most time in. A great host, always open to communicate and help. The washer came in handy for our laundry and we were able to use the kitchen appliances for our dinners when needed. We want to thank you for such a wonderful stay with a great location.

距離京都站、九條站還有東福寺站步行路程大概10-15分鐘，一出來還有公車可以直接去祇園，小型超市也在右手邊過馬路就到，備品齊全，也可以提早將行李放進房子，等下午時間到再入住，很方便

写真の通りでとても綺麗でした。すごく良かったです。お風呂やトイレも綺麗で、2回の寝室も清潔でした。内装がオシャレでテンションがあがります。しかし、調理器具や食器類が汚いことが少し気になりました。そこを除けば完璧な宿だと思います！

The place was clean and accurately shown in the photos. The location was very good, and only a few stops from most tourist attractions. The space was also large and clean. I would recommend anyone coming to Kyoto to stay here!

An absolutely wonderful stay - one of the best in Japan. YoYo was a really proactive and helpful host, with lots of recommendations. The house was clean, well equipped and very well located near to the historic district.

host was great and always respond quickly. The house is clean and looks as described. Within a 5-7 minute walk to the Kyoto station. plenty of places to eat, mainly those near the train station. The only small issue is Google map does not get you to the right spot of the house. Had to spend 5 minutes before finding it. otherwise the check in is quick and smooth. would definitely recommend this house

整體乾淨、廚房用品都有，開伙方便。 隔音不太好，隔壁棟也是民宿，走路的震動跟講話聲音都會傳過來，怕吵的人會沒辦法住。

La petite maison proposée par l’agence est située dans un quartier paisible et très typique des environs de Kyoto. Juste à l’arrière du château de Nijo, dont la visite fût une superbe découverte ! L’hôte des lieux a été plus qu’accueillante, chaleureuse et à notre écoute qu’importe la question et a fourni des instructions très claires pour vivre au mieux notre expérience, je recommande vivement!!
