We had a wonderful time at Mary’s and Royce’s cabin. The cabin looks exactly like the photos. It’s extremely comfortable and one feels right a home. We loved sitting in the spa and looking up at the stars. Mary and Royce were very responsive to our needs. Their property is just beautiful. It’s a great place for a getaway.

We loved our stay! With the house right on the water, the views of the lake and mountains are stunning. The house was cozy and well appointed — everything was clean and so comfortable. The boat ramp was close and easily accessible. It was such peaceful and relaxing weekend. Would come back!

This was a perfect spot for a personal retreat. I loved everything from the decor to the comfy bed to the private hot tub and well tended garden. I would love to come back again.

Great location, right on the river! Centrally located with an easy drive to the coast (Bodega Bay), to wine tasting (Napa and Sonoma), to Armstrong Redwoods and to the City (SF). Enjoyed the warmth of the cozy fireplace and hot tub too. This is a charming little cottage which was stocked with all the comforts of home. We appreciate a rental with a comfortable bed and nice bedding which was present at this property. The host was easily reachable and responded quickly. Wonderful stay! Side note: If you are easily prone to motion sickness, be prepared as the roads in the area are pretty curvy.

We couldn't agree more with the glowing reviews from previous guests! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality - there was a fire waiting for us, a bottle of wine, and fresh eggs. It's truly the perfect escape. The stunning views, combined with the peaceful and private setting, made our stay unforgettable. Marykate was incredibly thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We spend three blissful nights soaking in the beauty, reading, cooking and just unwinding. It was the perfect retreat and we can't wait to return!

This place is so magical. I sat in the hot tub in the morning and counted 9 different bird calls. Close to the epic beaches of Point Reyes. The fireplace made it extra cozy- like going back in time.

Our weekend getaway @ Linda's in Middletown was wonderful! The cottage was comfortable, the backyard and surrounding nature was beautiful, and Linda was a very welcoming host. Our dog had a wonderful time too :)

Absolutely loved my stay with my dog! Such a cozy space, had everything I would want and then some! So many lovely touches. And nestled in the redwoods. Hot tub at sunset was lovely!

Host knocked it outa the park, appreciate it. The house itself was perfect and easy to fine, beds was comfortable and had everything ya needed. Toilet paper wasn't the cheap kind either 😂

My spouse, parents, and I were looking for a quiet, last minute local getaway for NYE. I saw Diana’s listing and it looked perfect for a mini weekend. I highly recommend the space; it’s as advertised, easy to find, and very cute as well as clean. It felt like home away from home, which is something I always take into account. Plenty of space for 6 people. There’s also a nice, private back space you can hang out in. I would definitely stay again or recommend to friends and family that would like to experience Alameda. There’s no cleaning up needed when you check out so that’s a bonus too! Thank you again to Diana, what a wonderful and responsive host :))!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The outside is gorgeous and relaxing. The outdoor patio and hot tub are amazing! The location is also fabulous. We went to the Bothe-Napa state park and the Castello di Amorosa both of which were only 15min away as is downtown Calistoga which is really cute. We really enjoyed our stay!! The only slightly problematic feature is the toilet, it doesn’t really work.

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations were exactly as listed and met all of our expectations. The truly best part of the stay was sleeping with the window open and being able to hear the river flowing below. Can’t put a price tag on that serentiy. Great location and would 5/5 recommend this for your stay!

Overall we had a good stay at Susan’s rental. She was very nice and communicative. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Large refrigerator. Regular drip coffee pot. Very close to downtown Mill Valley so you can walk into town easily. There seemed to be a few other renters on this property, and our rental was the very back unit. The walkway down the length of the front house was a bit tight, with 2 gates. It was farther than we expected to load/unload bags. Just a heads up - Parking was a bit tricky because this property is on the main avenue (Blithedale).

We had a great time staying here. The property is very thoughtfully decorated. Karen was easy to communicate with and had great recommendations written down in a binder for us. The outdoor space is amazing with easy access to the river. We would love to return during the summer months.

I had a really lovely stay. Very helpful instructions for making my stay extra comfy. It was such a beautiful little house that had a cabin feel. I loved all the natural light and ocean views. Helpful window coverings to keep the light out while sleeping. It was a chilly trip to this part of the coast so the central heating was awesome! It had everything I needed. Complete with cute deer grazing outside. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and comfortable.

This is a charming place, beautifully kept with lovely furnishings. We really enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as we cooked every day. The yard and gardens are beautifully kept, peaceful and serene. Oranges growing right outside the house! We were in town for a wedding, and Santa Rosa is right in the middle of so many enjoyable things to do. We hiked on the CCT out past Bodega Bay, enjoyed restaurants in Healdsburg, visited the redwoods and shopped at the Barlow in Sebastopol. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely home. We had a fabulous time!

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable place, comfortable bed. Lovely location. We had two dinners at Due West Tavern nearby and bought picnic sandwiches at their deli. Had a great lunch at Side Street Cafe in Pt. Reyes Station. Really enjoyed the nearby beaches, especially Drake’s. We hope to go back again soon.

This cottage is incredible. The pictures don't really do it justice. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. The outdoor showers are surrounded by a fence for privacy. These outdoor showers were amazing! The cottage is so close to picturesque hiking trails. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and made the stay super easy. Getting to the cottage could be difficult because you're driving into the forest with poor cell reception but the hosts have very clear directions to the cottage. (Also wifi at the cottage worked great. We were able to stream a movie at night). Check in and check out were effortless. I literally cannot say enough about the outdoor showers and access to hiking trails and state park. This stay was insanely relaxing!

My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay. The house was in a nice and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to town. We enjoyed the rustic vibes in the house and everything was very clean. I was able to go for a run to town, then cool down on the porch rocking chairs. Robert was quick to respond. We recommend this place for future stays. Thank you!

Tom and Sharon have a wonderful space, as soon as we arrived, we saw some deer just in the front lawn! The home was well-stocked, clean and comfortable. Tom and Sharon provided a wonderfully detailed list of suggested activities, sightseeing and restaurants.

Great place to stay! Close to everything in town. Comfortable and plenty of space. Would loved to have had a toaster! Have stayed here before and will stay again!

the house was small and very cute, the kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook a lot which was great. The balcony has a view of the ocean, and it took 10min to walk to the beach. We also walked to Bodega bay which was a bit adventurous along the big roads but doable. There were little games and puzzles, a big cozy couch and a fireplace. The only thing to remark was that one bedroom only had a curtain (instead of a door), and the other had a sliding door to the bathroom, which made it feel less private. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would choose this place again in future!
