Neil and Eva were amazing hosts! They accommodated multiple changes in my reservation, and very responsive. home was beautiful and clean, great location out of the wind of the main lake. Every thing we needed was there. plenty of room for 3 trucks with trailers. launch is really close to home and made extremely convenient for launching and mooring! Slip in channel can accommodate only 2 boats, not 3 if owners boat is in slip. My wife and I will definitely be back soon, thank you again for everything!

Quiet street, very nice deck and dock, and easy access to lake. Home was very clean, well equipped with kitchen equipment and plenty of bedroom/bathroom linens and towels. we only had a couple of questions once there and Robert responded in minutes. very satisfied with service and home.

Daniele was very polite in her communication and always responsive. Also, she was flexible with check in time. Would recommend this location to others.

Very nice area and house right on the lake. Our Grandson and daughter enjoyed the paddle boat and we had fun fishing. We didn’t catch anything and weren’t sure if there were any fish until a guy in a boat was catching fish by our dock. I’m sure as usual we weren’t using the right bait or lure. 12 year old grandson enjoyed playing basketball at the park nearby but the 7 year old was disappointed the play structure at the park was under construction. But there were other play structures nearby we could drive to.

Stayed overnight and totally enjoyed the quiet and peaceful place. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and definitely will stay here again!

Beautiful home! So spacious for our group to all spread out and have their own spaces while also having large gathering areas. Beautiful view!

After having rented upwards of 20 homes in state and out through Airbnb And Vrbo, I can say with confidence that Charlene is one of the best hosts we have encountered so far. She was quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. The house was as advertised. Spacious, and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly return.

My Girl Scout troop rented Sonny’s home for their big trip of the year. They loved being able to kayak and paddle board. There was a tv in the family room and another in a bedroom so at night when half the girls wanted to watch one movie and the other half another the two tv's worked great! Sonny’s home was very relaxing. He was very proactive in giving suggestions of near by restaurants and things to do. The home was immaculate. Would definitely recommend this house or any other rentals Sonny may have. Thank you Sonny for helping to make such a memorable trip!

Foremost is what an outstanding host Brian is. He was consistently responsive and helpful, and always good-natured. Whenever we needed anything, Brian was very quick to provide it. The apartment was more than adequate for our needs--I especially liked the walk-in closet and the view of the plants on the back deck. The office space was good for getting work done, and the futon couch there could have served as another bed, though the space is open. There is a step up to the bathroom, which has a nice roomy shower, and everything very clean. Also a step up to the kitchen, which can handle one person at a time. Fridge, range, microwave--all clean and of recent vintage. The neighborhood was quiet, even with a handy laundromat and coffee shop just around the corner. We also liked how close we were to Lake Merritt--good walks. We would definitely stay here again, and hope that we'll have the opportunity.

This was a great bnb walking distance to the lake. Many restaurants in walking distance as well.

I have nothing but good things to say about Heidi's place. I stayed here for all of February and found it quite accommodating for the length of my stay. The bed is quite comfortable and the bathtub was a great addition. This place gets great light, with a lovely outdoor porch, conveniently located near Lake Merritt. Would stay here again!

Loved this place! We’ve been traveling around a lot and seen too many lackluster Airbnbs so this unit was a breath of fresh air. The place was clean! It’s eclectic without being too crowded or busy. The kitchen table is cute, there are great books and lots of lovely stuff to look at. The kitchen is much better stocked than most and Bree was a breeze to communicate with. We needed to add an extra night and she made it super simple and responded quickly. It’s easy to walk the lake and get to restaurants on lakeshore or grand and also the farmers market on Saturdays. There are stairs but they help you get your steps in! We would easily stay here again!

Lovely stay in this fun neighborhood of Oakland. Great restaurants nearby. Loved Parche restaurant and Nick its fabulous bartender. Luis’ place was very comfortable and nicely appointed.

We loved Amber's place! It has an amazing view of the Corte Madera Creek and Mt Tam East Peak. Watching sunrise and sunset on the outdoor balcony with the fit pit over coffee/drink is a must! Amber was super responsive both before and during the stay. When a few unexpected incidents occurred, Amber responded and addressed the matter promptly, while being out of town. We enjoyed hikes and walks right from the unit and highly recommend it!

I spent a week here when my own apartment was under renovation. It was great! Very cozy, but had everything needed to live my daily life uninterrupted. I got to meet LaurieAnn and she was very kind. I will stay again if I need a place in Oakland. Thanks LaurieAnn!

Wonderful spot right on the lake. Next door to a free boat ramp. 4 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and parks. Also the inside was all newly remodeled, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Will likely be coming back.

The location is quite convenient to get to Mendocino/CA-1 easily. The house is very well maintained, clean and the instructions for stay and check-in/out were very clear. The host was very responsive and helped answer all our questions quickly. Having an EV charger on site is a special bonus. Had a great experience overall!

The location, the view, the outdoor sitting area, the hike to the beach, and the hike around the huge property were all wonderful and we'd go there again. It was isolated, a long ways from any other home, and far off the highway for silent peace with just the sound of the waves. The home was unique and we'd stay there again!

Such a beautiful and peaceful retreat! Our dogs had a blast running around off leash on the hiking trail (the first part of the trail is steep but our dog with arthritis managed it just fine) and the house was incredibly well stocked and clean. Jeff and Trey were always very responsive and so friendly. I’m so glad this was our first trip with our newborn!

I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb’s in Lakeport for work recently and this was my favorite by far! Felt right at home when I walked in and the place was clean with a beautiful view. I will definitely be booking this again.

We enjoyed our time here. It is very rural, quiet and peaceful. Laytonville is a small town so the grocery store is very basic. It is only about 10 minutes away and open until 11. We were traveling with small children and arrived later in the day. The kids were hot and hungry and we had not had a chance to get food. The woman handling check in had a plate of fruit and was incredibly gracious to share to help keep them going until we could run in and grab groceries. She also called ahead to confirm how late they would be open. (4th of July) The walk to the private lake is not difficult and there are multiple kayaks you can use. In addition, it was during an incredible heatwave and there were regular check-ins to make sure all was well and everyone had water. There is no air conditioning but there are many fans that helped it cool off at night. Any issues or concerns were dealt with timely and appropriately. The service was truly above and beyond.

The house and view are beautiful. The kitchen is one of the best stocked I have seen at an air bnb (it needs a wire whisk tho). I loved the stove! It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The only negative I have is the bed and pillows were pretty hard. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This is our second time back to the Cabernet Cottage at Isis Oasis. We so much appreciate the funky nature of the place with its rich history. All of the wild animals are amazing and so fun to stroll the grounds with our boy. We are so impressed with the good work they do, funding their transitional housing with the proceeds from their rentals. Di Tracy and Justin were super generous and just very kind people.

We loved our stay! It was exactly as described. They were quick to respond with any questions. They view is absolutely beautiful. The house is decorated nice as well. We would definitely stay there again.
